About the Role

Are you a visionary leader ready to shape the retail landscape? We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead our Retail Marketing and Pricing sector. This pivotal role will oversee four teams, driving strategic development and ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies to maximize product value in the market;
  • Conduct thorough market analysis through frontline team intelligence, staying informed of current market trends;
  • Lead team growth initiatives to foster sustainable management and development of team members;
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships for effective communication and coordination across departments;
  • Participate in all stages of the retail value chain, including site selection, franchise packaging, station pricing operations, and retail innovation projects;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field is typically required;
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, pricing, business development, or related roles.
