With almost 70% market share in the local nail care industry, Chic Centre Corporation is currently the leading manufacturer of nail care products in the Philippine market, offering products and solutions as well as an extensive palette of shades for various moods and occasions.

We are looking for a Retail Store Specialist, details are as follow:

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles the day-to-day operations of the Bobbie Shop store, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, deliveries, and customer records
  • Manages inventory by maintaining records of stock quantities and ordering replacement items as needed
  • Provides knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic customer service, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Manages merchandise displays and ensures product placement aligns with brand standards.
  • Processes sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationship with the customer and partners.
  • Assists in identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for growth.
  • Supports the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve business objective.
  • Assists in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Work Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Possesses effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Must work well independently or as a member of a team
  • Must be professional, highly organized, and motivated,
  • Proficient in MS application ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Can work and deliver excellent results under time pressure

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any allied courses
  • Must have at least 1 year related experience in the same capacity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
