Job Title: Data Management Specialist

The role of Data Management Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of data within Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M).

This position will support a centralized master data management function, working closely with the Supply Chain Central Team and directly engaging with plants and distribution centers to clean up and maintain high-quality master data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enforce robust data governance rules to ensure consistency across all plants and DCs.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement standardized master data processes across global locations.
  • Act as a centralized team member, supporting plants and DCs in maintaining reliable master data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in master data management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
