Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data operations function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Develop and maintain data dictionaries and collection manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy across all data sets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff and cross-functional teams to manage data collection tools and develop sustainable database schema to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or related field, with strong programming skills.
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in data analysis or management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand business user requirements.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in writing SQL queries in MS SQL Server and general understanding of databases.
  • Experience using MS Excel VBA programming integrating with MS SQL, MS Access, and XML is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Amenable to work in Makati City on a dayshift schedule.
  • Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week).
