Responsibilities
  • Performs actual research; organizes and analyzes information; cross-checks and validates information.
  • Assist in monitoring of data privacy practices, including the following:
  • DPO asset register
  • Check data privacy forms and documents for accuracy
  • Monitoring mechanisms for new and current data privacy operational practices
  • Supporting the DPO in maintaining reference files, reviewing and monitoring new and updated regulations
  • Calendaring DPO activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintaining records of data privacy requirements for third parties (e.g., clients, vendors, processors, and affiliates)
  • Acting as the message transfer agent for all transaction requests between the DPO and company legal
  • Acting as the primary message transfer agent for
  • Supporting the Data Privacy Office in day-to-day information life cycle operations
  • Supporting the data breach management program
  • Supporting process owners / DPO in creating or revising documents
  • Supporting the process owners / DPO in communications with the legal office
Qualifications
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience. Preferably with work experience in compliance and data privacy
