Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to cultivate client relationships, deliver projects, and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Analyze client operations and recommend tailored solutions to enhance dashboard performance.
  • Deliver high-quality projects, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Foster long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product development team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics expertise preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with international clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage planned responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
