This role entails collaborating with our team to provide support for insurance operations. It involves handling applications and Acord forms, submitting quotes to underwriters, and managing online portals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete and process insurance applications and Acord forms.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
- A background in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is beneficial for this position.
- Experience with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
