Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Professional to join our team.

This role involves providing dedicated support to one of our Risk Advisors, assisting with daily insurance operations, client documentation, and coordination tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Advisor, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents.
  • Process and input data into web-based insurance systems and CRMs.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk Advisor in managing client relationships, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation.
  • Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance administration, preferably in an agency or brokerage setting.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of professionalism.
