Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

You have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our organization as a remote Dynamics 365 Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage enablement requests, platform upgrades, solution development, and integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Gain in-depth technical and business process knowledge to understand and represent business platforms.
  • Participate in requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.

You will report to the IT Solutions Manager. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • A minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
