Job Role Overview

The Operations Specialist position entails adapting to new or changing business needs as a multi-skilled individual contributor.

This specialist will experience various operations environments and gain exposure across multiple RELX businesses based on shifting requirements.

Initial assignments are project-based or limited duration for several months, offering the opportunity for extensive learning.

Based on competencies developed during initial assignments, individual preferences, and business demands, the Operations Specialist can build their career path on a dedicated team or business unit, or continue with rotational assignments across the scope of RELX businesses.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
  • Able to work under deadlines
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional English oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates may be accommodated based on communication skills and behavioral aspect
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
