Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach new hires to ensure successful onboarding and adaptation to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service training or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
