Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead training sessions, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and track progress towards organizational goals.
- Proven experience in training or handling a team in any field.
- Strong teaching and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and trainees.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
