Job Description As a Client Services Manager, you will lead and manage a team of virtual assistants to ensure they meet the expectations of their clients. This role involves day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to achieve desired targets set by clients. You will work closely with clients to create task lists that enhance productivity and profitability for both the client and virtual assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities and performance of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs
  • Partner with clients to develop task lists that promote productivity and profitability
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses utilizing Global Medical's services as a Client Services Manager
  • Oversee the management of Medical Clients and Virtual Assistants
  • Address client concerns, anticipate business growth, identify patterns, handle situations, facilitate high-level escalations, and negotiate as required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in medical or healthcare-related fields is beneficial
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes)
  • Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment
  • A self-motivated individual with a focus on growth and organization
  • Experience in training and development is preferred but not essential
  • Capacity to think creatively and devise solutions as needed
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
  • Open to working flexible shifts

      • Typically 240Wh or higher device sufficient
      • Must accept all plugs required to maintain primary device and work environment
