Automate the stack, keep data clean, enforce Brand separation (CMi vs NO BS), and deliver transcripts, summaries, follow-ups, and tasks same day.Duties and Responsibilities:Automation: Build and maintain workflows (Apollo → GHL → Outlook → SharePoint/Drive → Fathom/Plaud).Outbound Ops: Manage ICPs, sequences, call lists/scripts, and deliverability.Meetings: Maintain booking links, send pre-call packs, update pipelines/notes/tasks.Transcription: Ensure 100% coverage with Fathom/Plaud; QA and route by Brand.Social Ops: Build rolling content calendar, schedule posts, engage daily, sync leads, and report monthly.AI Support: Draft summaries, follow-ups, objection handling, and snippet libraries.Reporting: Weekly dashboard covering meetings, pipeline, deliverability, and automation health.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree of any related field3+ years of experience as a Virtual AssistantApollo, GHL, SimpleTalk (or similar), Outlook, Fathom/Plaud, SharePoint/DriveZapier/Make/Power Automate; strong English and SOP documentationLinkedIn company & founder page operationsNice-to-Have: Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), Canva/Capcut, Apps Script/Python- This is just a suggestion if we could get someone with skills in utilizing the mentioned applications.
