Client Engagement Specialist - Remote Opportunity

As a Client Engagement Specialist, your primary role is to connect with inbound leads via phone calls to assess their interest in private aviation services. Your goal is to gather essential information about aircraft preferences, travel patterns, and target budget to introduce relevant membership programs and schedule follow-up consultations for qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads via phone calls to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Gather key information such as aircraft preferences, travel patterns, and target budget.
  • Introduce relevant membership programs when appropriate to highlight potential value.
  • Schedule qualified leads for follow-up consultations with the sales team during initial calls.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in appointment setting, sales development, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
