Job Title

Supporting Private Wealth Clients with Expertise and Care.

Job Summary:

This role entails providing specialized support to high-net-worth individual clients, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining excellent relationships. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various units, generating reports, and communicating effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to HNWI clients
  • Coordinate with product providers and other units to facilitate client transactions
  • Collaborate with HO units on administrative and operational matters
  • Assist in budget planning and performance monitoring
  • Represent the unit in bank projects related to private wealth operations
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for new IT initiatives and monitor project roll-out status
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong reporting, administrative writing, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Relevant work experience in reports management and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
