Are you ready to shape the future of aviation in Southeast Asia? Arup is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive our aviation business development across the region. This role offers the opportunity to lead market growth, expand transaction advisory services, and build regional capabilities aligned with Arup's long-term strategy.

We have been active in the Southeast Asian (SEA) Region for more than 45 years and have over 6,500 staff based in over 30 offices across the broader APAC region.

The Opportunity
Based in Manila this opportunity will see you;

• Proactively monitor aviation infrastructure and advisory opportunities across Southeast Asia to ensure Arup remains responsive to emerging trends and client needs.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of aviation pursuits, converting high-potential opportunities into impactful projects that support regional growth.
• Lead the development of a comprehensive aviation transaction advisory offering, including PPP structuring, financial advisory, and feasibility analysis tailored to local market conditions.
• Collaborate with regional and global Business and Investment Advisory teams to integrate international best practices and elevate technical excellence in SEA projects.
• Develop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plans to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with government agencies, private investors, airport operators, and contractors.
