Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive our end-to-end hiring roadmap.

This key role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for critical positions, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with department heads to define hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, be data-literate, and experienced in recruitment analytics. They will also have strong communication skills and be proficient in job platforms and ATS systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (desired)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in job platforms and ATS systems
