Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, industry events, professional networks, and targeted outreach efforts.
    • Oversee candidate experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive process for all stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance and promote the organization's employer brand, highlighting its unique culture, values, and opportunities.
    • Leverage digital platforms and social media to showcase company culture, values, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization:
    • Streamline and continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager effectiveness.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology effectively to manage candidate flow, documentation, and reporting.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
    • Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to local employment laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a compliant and risk-free environment.
    • Regularly review and update recruitment processes to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies that meet their needs.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their talent requirements, providing expert recruitment guidance and support.
