Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring daily and monthly reports to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve application functionality, operational efficiency, and communication.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, custodians, and other stakeholders.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on proxy flow and custodian-specific issues.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
