Job Overview

We seek a proactive and detail-focused assistant to handle day-to-day operations including payroll administration, HR system management, internal communications and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Administer timekeeping data and troubleshoot issues on Paylocity
  • Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate records of employee documents and compliance reports
Employee Services
  • Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
Recruitment & Communications
  • Develop job descriptions for open positions
  • Coordinate candidate screening schedules
  • Publish internal newsletters and updates
Performance Management
  • Oversee performance review timelines
  • Support leadership events and strategic planning initiatives
Work Schedule
  • Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek
