Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as social events, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives, including scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
