HR Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with various people operations activities, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Support employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our HR Operations backbone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Experience: Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone.
  • HR Administration: Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Systems, Automation & Reporting: Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks, develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks, and report on people initiatives as required.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
