
Operations Support Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant.
As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards.
Your primary responsibility will be to implement and configure various tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow management.
You will also be responsible for setting up and managing automation workflows using platforms like Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
In addition, you will be tasked with recommending and implementing systems that enhance productivity and solve operational challenges.
Another crucial aspect of this role is building dashboards that integrate data from various platforms including Shopify, Square, and other relevant systems to provide real-time insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will create reports to monitor sales performance, staff productivity, and other essential metrics to inform business decisions.
Apart from these technical responsibilities, you will also provide general operational support by executing project-based tasks, taking ownership of administrative needs, and acting as a reliable partner to free up leadership's time by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
You will assist with recruitment workflows such as posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for local staff.
This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely across time zones and have a flexible schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or project support
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Slack, Shopify, Square, or other workflow/automation platforms (desired)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
