About the Role

This is a leadership position in our organization responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital operations, including delivery and quality of digital assets.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to lead a team spanning web support, quality assurance, and design. This role requires someone with strong operational discipline who can also provide people leadership to drive consistently strong results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets. They should also have hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar related field is desirable but not necessary. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify is also required.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching your team to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
