We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead enterprise transformation programs focused on improving productivity, billable utilization, and customer experience metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), with proven ownership of large-scale transformation projects. They will also have 5+ years of experience leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives, with demonstrable understanding of model lifecycle, deployment, and AI governance.

This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills to drive outcomes and improvements across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning transformation initiatives with business objectives and driving outcomes around key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifying and implementing use cases for AI, ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and automation across key functions
  • Collaborating with data science, product, and engineering teams to develop AI/ML solutions, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and production-grade deployments
  • Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce variation in critical processes

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of BPO metrics, operational challenges, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
