Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader

The Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader will be responsible for spearheading the global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring it delivers tangible business value on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global S/4HANA program strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Lead program governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Commercial and financial management skills with experience managing large budgets.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
