Corporate Solutions Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Solutions Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio, leading client engagement and pitches or presentations, and ensuring at least a 1.5: 1 revenue to cost ratio for arranged deals of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio through proactive sales approach and lead generation;
  • Leading client engagement and pitches or presentations to secure new business opportunities;
  • Ensuring at least a 1.5: 1 revenue to cost ratio for arranged deals of the portfolio;
  • Monitoring clients' compliance with agreed commercial terms and actively negotiating deals with noted shortfall;
  • Facilitating deal reviews for key accounts to address clients' customized and/or non-standard requirements;

Responsibilities Continued

  • Assist the Corporate Solutions Group Head and Relationship Business Manager (RBC) Head in developing marketing/sales strategies pertinent to the relationship group partner;
  • Lead the assigned Corporate Solutions Retail Team Cluster to deliver annual CA/SA ADB and fee growth targets as mandated;
  • Mentor team members to ensure consistent achievement of assigned goals and to maximize their potential;
  • Manage the overall relationship with assigned segment partners who market Cash Management Service products to identify target markets;
  • Manage cash management sales activities, presentations, proposal, pricing, coordination with the Cash Solutions Team Leader, Cash Solutions Sales Head, and region or Group Head to ensure attainment of assigned targets;
  • Ensure alignment, regular updates, and execution of cluster goals, strategies, and action plans to team members;
  • Work closely with other units of the bank to further improve on service delivery;
  • Provide customer and competitor feedback or insights to help product management teams in conceptualizing integrated or complex solutions;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing with expertise in retail corporate accounts;
  • Background in cash management or transaction banking is an advantage;
  • Strong account and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and close deals through strategic selling and negotiation;
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and project management skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience;
