Job Overview

High-caliber professionals are invited to apply for a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter position. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring top healthcare talent for various roles across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify skilled healthcare professionals through effective research and networking
  • Manage job orders and submit candidates using MSP and VMS platforms
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • In-depth understanding of MSP/VMS processes, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Access to personal sourcing tools, including job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or flexible schedules if preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote role
