Job Title: Customer Success Manager
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced customer success manager to handle inbound sales for hospitality customers across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with merchants, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth.
- Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms.
- Demonstrate software solutions, including core products, modules, and upgrades.
- Prior experience in customer success, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role.
- Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has great attention to detail, and can confidently engage with customers and stakeholders.
