
Customer Success Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and developing high-potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in driving retention and growth. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as commercial acumen and understanding of profitable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Operate as the lead point of contact for partner matters.
- Onboard partners transitioning from a newly launched status.
- Proactively research client companies to stay up-to-date on rebranding, organization changes, print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy.
- Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently.
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
- Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of profitable partnerships.
- Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
