Job Summary:

External Learning Consultant

This role is responsible for coordinating and deploying external learning programs across Oceania, including the Chartered Accountant program.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CA registrations across several locations in Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage study support database and relationship with external providers
  • Respond to queries from candidates and other stakeholders
  • Coach and support a senior associate with the External Learning process
  • Manage program communications, such as notifications of module commencement/completion, study support options, and distribute results to leadership
  • Manage financial aspects of the program, including salary sacrifice repayments for repeats and withdrawals, refund cheque processing, and calculate repayment to the firm on resignation
  • Manage reward and recognition for program participants, including vouchers and mementos for merit recipients, and organize and supervise mock exams

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, including Excel and PowerBI
  • Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to manage work and programs according to budgets
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours by participating in team meetings and events
