Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong customer engagement skills to deliver high-quality services and solutions
  • Understand service delivery and value-management mindset to drive business success
  • Have a solid understanding of overall enterprise architecture across private cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions including integration
  • Apply business acumen and contract understanding to drive customer retention and revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to orchestrate internal governance and drive business outcomes
  • Analyze complex customer situations and requirements to deliver tailored solutions
  • Engage effectively with executive stakeholders through reporting and presentations
  • Drive innovation through design, implementation, and change management projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study
  • 0-3 years' work experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with empathy and collaboration
  • Resourceful self-starters with eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Problem-solvers who are ambitious, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
