About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a timely and professional manner, routing them to the appropriate team member as needed.
  • Answer video calls, chats, and reroute customers to team members while maintaining a positive and patient demeanor.
  • Work with Managers and customer support representatives to connect customers with available team members on Zoom.
  • Develop best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintain a welcoming environment within the Zoom room.
  • Educate customers on chat and Zoom support functions to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Provide feedback to leadership to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Connect Senior Specialists with scheduled customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilitate urgent escalations by collaborating with Managers and Senior Specialists.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar, is beneficial.
  • Previous experience answering high-volume calls and resolving customer needs is an asset.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and access important information promptly.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience and active listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, including being personable and attentive.
  • Emotional intelligence to adapt communication styles based on call nature.
  • The ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers.
  • A reliable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi connection at home with minimal distractions.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
