About the role
We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This full-time position is based in Taytay Rizal, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through non-voice virtual processes.
What you'll be doing
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive customer concerns
- Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to deliver a superior customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using various digital platforms and tools to provide efficient customer service
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or virtual customer service environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
