About the role

We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This full-time position is based in Taytay Rizal, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through non-voice virtual processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive customer concerns
