About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Services Representative to join our call centre team in IPI Bridgetowne. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via non-voice channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  4. Identifying and escalating complex customer issues as needed
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  6. Good time management and multitasking skills
