Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts as required.
  • Security and Group Policy Administration: Implement and manage security policies to ensure network integrity.
  • Network Administration: Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal connectivity.
  • Email Services: Set up and troubleshoot email services for employees.
  • Office 365 Management: Manage Office 365 subscriptions, create new users, and configure settings.
  • SharePoint Configuration: Set up OneDrive access for local computers and troubleshoot issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve general issues related to unavailable services, printing, and performance.
  • Device Management: Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and associate them with Azure and local domains.
  • Backup and Recovery: Monitor and maintain daily backups using Datto.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VMWare, and Virtualization.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to support network switches, routers, and firewalls (CISCO, HP, Draytek).
  • Certifications: Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL.
  • Communication Skills: Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and in writing.
  • Experience: Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across various enterprises.
Nice to Have:
  • LAN/WAN Experience: Familiarity with LAN and WAN networks would be beneficial.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships with clients and staff.
  • Consulting Experience: Prior experience working in an outsourced service delivery environment and consulting services.
  • RM Tool Utilization: Familiarity with ConnectWise Command for daily proactive maintenance tasks and monitoring automated alert tickets.
  • Third-Party Liaison: First point of contact for resolving issues with third-party applications and liaising with software vendors.
