Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial tasks from their client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate completion every month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate calculations, timely submissions, and full compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, comparing results to prior months and offering insightful commentary.
  • Communicate with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for daily financial queries, and escalating complex concerns to the Client Manager.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of financial processes to support scalability and team alignment.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in end-to-end payroll software and practice management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
