Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and advice to our senior leadership team, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing our financial teams, including accountants, analysts, and other support staff.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior leadership
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations
  • Manage financial teams, including accountants, analysts, and support staff
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
