Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to take on the role of Senior Finance Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial processes, and driving efficiency to support long-term objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, bookkeeping processes, and MIS reporting
  • Develop and execute financial plans that align with short-term and long-term goals
  • Prepare detailed estimates of funds required for various organisational objectives
  • Complete comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis and lead the month-end closing process
  • Develop robust plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support operational efficiency and transparency
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports with accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions
  • Provide insightful financial analysis that drives business performance by identifying areas for improvement and supporting informed decision-making at all levels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Demonstrate at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles with a proven track record of success in similar environments
  • Have spent at least 5 years working in a leadership capacity
  • Exhibit advanced analytical thinking abilities coupled with strong conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Display meticulous attention to detail along with superb organisational skills that ensure accuracy across all aspects of your work
  • Show resilience under pressure by consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality or thoroughness
  • Work well independently as well as part of a team by fostering positive relationships built on mutual respect and open communication
  • Demonstrate solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as SAP or other recognised financial planning software tools used within the industry
