Financial Operations Specialist

Join us in this exciting opportunity to take on the role of Financial Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices in accordance with our policy and payment schedules.
About the Role- The Financial Operations Specialist will work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all invoices are properly validated, coded, and resolved in a timely manner.
We are looking for an experienced professional who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify invoice information against purchase orders and other relevant documents
- Responsible for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure smooth operation of the department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
