Corporate Tax Advisory Role

Deliver strategic tax advisory services to corporate clients across various industries.

The role involves conducting research on local and international tax issues, providing guidance on Singapore corporate and stamp duty matters, cross-border restructurings, tax treaties, withholding tax matters, permanent establishment matters, and M&A transactions.

  • Undertake thorough research to provide accurate and timely tax advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate tax risks associated with business transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional client service.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Singapore corporate tax, preferably with an international accounting or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a recognized professional qualification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with a passion for learning and delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
