Job Summary

A forward-thinking Tax Manager is sought after to lead the preparation, review, and filing of all corporate tax returns. The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's financial integrity through proactive tax strategy, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all corporate tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing tax laws and industry trends.
  • Coordinate and manage tax audits, investigations, and queries from tax authorities.
  • Support business units on tax-related matters, including M&A due diligence, contract review, and operational transactions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all tax filings and payments.
  • Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and government agencies when needed.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations (e.g., BIR), compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with international tax laws and cross-border transactions.
  • Hands-on experience in corporate tax planning, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • CPA license or equivalent tax/accounting qualification preferred.
