About This Role

As part of the Business Management team, you'll provide global support across risk management, finance and workforce planning. You'll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to stakeholders at all levels, administering and implementing People and Culture risk management processes, managing governance activities, and preparing management reporting to give leadership teams an oversight of risks within the division.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with 3+ years of experience in financial services, possessing a strong knowledge of risk management including areas such as third-party risk, information security, business resilience, risk in change, records management, financial analysis and senior management reporting. You'll also require advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong problem-solving skills that allow you to grasp abstract concepts and navigate complex situations effectively.

Proactive, efficient and detail-oriented individuals with strong planning skills excel in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills are essential, allowing you to prioritize workloads effectively and adapt to change. Self-sufficiency and confidence in initiating and leading conversations with business leaders on emerging risks and issues are also crucial.
