Remote Customer Support Agent

We're seeking a customer-focused individual to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a remote customer support agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle product-related issues, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
