Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Operations Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the Branch Warehouse In Charge in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

This role requires exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by recording and monitoring transactions in SAP and Subsystem
  • Monitor Bettle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo compliance
  • Support asset maintenance management to prolong assets' usability
  • Filing documents and records according to company standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of a FMCG industry
  • Excellent English language skills and computer literacy
  • SAP knowledge advantageous
