About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Officer with at least 3 years of solid experience in warehouse operations—preferably from the hardware, construction, or related industries. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all warehouse activities, safeguarding the integrity of materials and supporting smooth project execution.

Core Functions:

  • Oversee the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are properly handled, stored, and protected from damage.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams for timely material deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as receiving reports, issuance logs, and stock cards.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems or manual records to track inventory movements.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to supervise helpers or warehouse staff effectively
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving inventory and logistical issues
  • Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience in hardware, construction, or related industries
  • Familiarity with inventory control, warehouse procedures, and safety standards
  • Can start ASAP
