Are you an experienced leader in warehousing and inventory management with a solid background in construction, tiles, furniture, or hardware industries? We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who can bring operational excellence, strong leadership, and discipline to our growing team.

Core Functions:
  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory systems and enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Supervise the receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.
  • Implement strict controls on stock monitoring, variance reporting, and replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff to achieve high performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams for seamless supply chain operations.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong background in warehouse and inventory management (minimum 5–7 years experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role).
  • Experience in construction-related warehouses (tiles, hardware, furniture, or related industries).
  • Knowledge in inventory control systems, FIFO method, and ERP/warehouse software.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Ability to handle large-scale, fast-moving warehouse operations under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
