The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is required. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills are essential. An analytical mindset to assess data and ROI is also necessary.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess strong collaboration and organizational skills. You will work closely with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
