Marketing and Sales Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing and sales professional to support our client's marketing and sales functions. This part-time remote role will play a vital role in managing social media, executing content strategies, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting lead generation efforts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and execute a content calendar; write and schedule engaging posts.
  • Creative Content: Propose creative content ideas aligned with strategic goals.
  • CRM Management: Add, update, and organize contacts, companies, and deals.
  • Sales Support: Conduct lead research and build prospect lists.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or VA role.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, and MS or Google Workspace.

This part-time remote role offers flexibility and autonomy. You will be working independently, but will have regular virtual check-ins to ensure you are on track and supported.

Others

This role is fully remote and must be available for 3-4 hours daily from 7:00 – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible depending on your negotiated hours with the client).
